DENVER, CO - DIB Development Group (DDG), a leading New York Development Company announces the acquisition of 7200 E Hampden Avenue property for $4.1 million.  The four story commercial building will be added to DDG's portfolio of properties to become its second commercial property investment in Denver. This property consists of office spaces for a wide range of commercial tenants.

This well known office building, previously owned by football talent agent Charles Lamont Smith, offers exceptional access to I-25, the Denver Tech Center, Monaco and Havana Street, with an abundant number of retail stores and restaurants within walking distance.
